Carrot Cake Chia Pudding
- 1 Tbsp chopped pecan or macadamia nuts
- 1 Tbsp raisins
- 4 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 330ml 100% Rugani Carrot Juice
- Drops of vanilla essence
Simply mix all of the ingredients together and leave it in the fridge overnight.
